What is the Board of Revision?

Board of Revision is a way to appeal your property assessment (assessed value, classification of property).   Your tax bill is based on the assessed value of your property and the classification of your property.   2025 Assessment notices have been mailed out in June & July to property owners.  The 2025 Preliminary Assessment Roll is available to the public to view in the RM of Fisher office, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  Please note, your 2025 tax bill will be based on the assessed value and classification of your property.    The RM of Fisher holds a Board of Revision hearing annually in October.  This year, the Board of Revision hearing is set for October 9th.    If you wish to submit an appeal, contact the RM of Fisher office.  Appeals must be received by the Secretary of the Board by Monday, September 23, 2024.
