Burn Restrictions

  • All burning within the RM of Fisher Requires a burning permit year round
  • Please contact the municiple office at 204-372-6393 to apply for a permit
  • All “Big Burns” such as structures, brush piles, etc require inspection by Fire Department prior to approval.
  • Townships 25 and 26 – Manitoba Conservation needs to issue burn permits in those areas from April 1 to November 15 every year. Please contact Manitoba Conservation Hodgson Office (204) 372-6296
  • By–Law 1188/20 to regulate burning within the limits of the RM of Fisher
